I've seen lots here about the poor quality and inaccuracy of many thermostats. I presume that some manufacturers and some types of high flow thermostats are better than others. What has worked best for you? I'm looking to have a system that produces the least chance of overheating/malfunction in slow traffic on a really hot day. This is not the only part of the system I am trying to optimize, so please keep this to THERMOSTATS Thanks!

The last high flow I got was a Mr gasket, which failed in short order. I have one in my notch 340 that`s been in there for 20+ years.
I went to auto zone and asked if they had a high flow for my 440, they only had a Stant that looked like a normal stat, but is supposedly a high flow, Installed and has been working good for years.

Stant is owned by Motorad now.

I just installed one and it is spot on for temp.

I bought an "OEM" from dodge dealer. Guess who made it?.....
