Who's they? I've heard everyone say that corporate blue, street basin blue, whatever blue, doesn't exactly match. There might be a reason for that. Petty Enterprises owns the proprietary mix. Plymouth can call their blue whatever they want. The one thing they can't call it is Petty Blue. They do not own the actual mix ratios for Petty Blue.
