Don't know if you guys care, but if you wonder how is the US car scene outside of the US here is a link with pictures from a considerable big event that happened in my region yesterday.

Pictures that they shared on their website:
Bildergalerie Ami Treffen 2022 Willisau

I took some pictures myself with my wife's phone but I didn't copy to my pc yet, will post it later.

In 2018 I went with my Swiss friend Robert in his Swiss-assembled 66 Barracuda to an American car show in the Mt Rigi area. Mopars were well represented

from time to time I see one of those Swiss made Mopars for sale, sadly not so many around anymore.

What are you guy paying for gas.
for comparison purposes:
1 USD = 1 CHF
1 liter = 0.264 gallons

the best price I can find close enough to my house is 1.95 CHF (liter), it can go to 2.20 CHF (liter) in some other nearby gas stations, and even higher if you are driving on the highway.
so, if I calculated it right my best price per liter would be equals to 7.37 USD per gallon.

And in the last couple of years before the war and before Corona, it was usually around 5.3 USD per gallon

I AM KIDDING!!!!

You guys come over here, take all our cars, and then expect us to look at photos of them after you have them!!!

I AM KIDDING!!!!

I've heard about the incredible high fees and taxes. I don't know how you folks "over there" afford it.

I'm particularly liking that turquoise 68 R/T.

Who'd have thought there's be a US school bus collector over there?

you have no idea, apart from high taxes there is the need to go through inspection every few years depending on the type of registration you choose normal or classic car which has some restriction.

There are good local deals though if you are patient and keep looking around.

I bought mine in the US sight unseen and shipped it here, I was very lucky with it. Took me a year though to get it through the registration process.

yeah, I liked that one a lot as well, it had a really high stance on the back. I also liked the green charger with the skull on the door and the black wheels.

if you check the link my car would be pics 561, 562 and 564.
