--So on another note I have been working on this 6.1 head swap and bouncing between fasthemis and MMX for information as to the setup and thanks to Brandon at MMX we've put together a plan. We're going to keep the MDS lifters and cam ( at the moment ) we'll run the 6.1 heads and the .060 head gaskets to get us a 10.1:1cr. and run custom pushrods to take up the added valve lash and get the preload closer to .060-.080 this is until I can do that 392/6 stroker kit :poke:
So plan this weekend is we a have to roll the barracuda out of the garage so we can do some welding on my sons bug before we can drop the body back on the pan. At the same time I plan on finishing the shifter mounting and swap the heads. Grrrr! Pictures to follow
