We've been doing a fitness class we found called Full Body Boot Camp. It's 30 minutes of continuous heart healthy stability exercise.Morning

One of if not the best fitness class I've ever done. Never the same workout, class is offered 10 times a day.
They give you a heart monitor which pops up your readings on the big screen in the room so you can track. It also gives your calories burned.
Usually six stations do the exercise at that station three times 25-30 seconds each four seconds rest in between then 10 seconds to do to the next station . Make two trips through all the stations.
A couple screens in the room to track time, padded floor, and all the needed equipment. Various levels of fitness with those participating. It's 30 minutes of hell but you feel good walking out the door.
I left my heart rate monitor on the other day and was still burning calories an hour later.

Good morning. Even with a good prepped toolbox and extra parts, you can run into a I need this tool or you have to order that part in. That said dont be scared to just get out there and drive the crap out of it.
Finish one job, a windshield wiper. Customer bought incorrect one. Then impaler for a power steering leak. Then shop crane.
I should have part 2 of our road trip out this evening. I am going to carry a manual steering adapter in the 65 Fairlane on a permanent basis from now on.
Assuming factory ignition, a ballast resistor, plugs and cap/rotor/points. And probably an Ignition box. Then the normal tools, 5/16-3/4 wrenches, pliers, Knipex, my AR and G42, some beer or bourbon.
Yep and another reason to also drive old Main Street highways.
