Do factory equipped vehicles always have same size drums front/rear?

I don’t know about the pre ‘73 cars, but, according to this factory TSB about the redesigned 10” SBP drums that came out for ‘73, the ‘73+ drum/drum A-body cars had 10” front drums and 9” rear drums.
