They are up in there a Lil bit. Possibly I had the linkage jammed in the Primary, but after checking today, they are pretty darn square. Cracked the secondary blades a Lil ( looks close, w/ led flashlight and eyeglasses)..
I wonder if it's possible the carburetor's choke cam was on one of the steps causing the primaries to be open a little too far? SOMETHING is causing you to get vacuum at idle on that vacuum advance port.
