If it's an E plant code, yes the tips will be turned down.
Cudas hold way more value than challengers. Even Hemi's.
Always faster and easier to sell a cuda over a challenger.
Since I feel 34K is the top out of the car, I would probably offer 28K. But offer it in form of an actual check or cash. Cash gets folks to buy when you set 25K on the car.
That's about a half a brief case though. So you have to stuff the other half of the case if your bringing 25K cash. Just sayin...
