First off I'm in Illinois. Harvard to be exact. For 22 years I've done paint and body. 11 of those by myself. 5 of those at home since I'm now taking care of my elderly parents.
Long story short. I'm more than willing to help anyone with there body and paint. All I ask is some help in return. I have a variety of projects and it's getting harder to get em all done in a timely manner. No labor costs for you. Just buy the materials and I can guide you to what you need. Take care everyone..

Great of you to offer. Trading off labor is a huge bonus plus ya can make friends/memories ( good or bad) lol.
That's my goal. The older I get. I not only am glad to help. But nice to make friends who are into cars. Especially mopars of all kinds.

That's a great offer. Too bad I am in Georgia. I would do your whole engine for paint and body work on my Valiant. :(

All types. Disassembly. Sanding. Lifting parts. Lol. Just stuff. I have an engine that needs to be pulled. And regasketed. Cleaned and painted.

I may be able to help with the engine regasket (Is it a small block).... I can't do heavy lifting or moving because I have breathing issues... You're about an hour and a half away from me...

That’s what sons are for.

Following this one because I want to help a young gun. I'm currently in Puget Sound, but on our way to central Florida. You have the stones to throw your dreams out there, I'll help if I can.

Yes it's on a 73 charger. 318. Runs well. Just eventually will be painting the engine bay etc. And customer wants it pulled and sealed. And painted.

Unfortunately I wasn't blessed with sons. And it's unbelievably hard to focus on the projects I have when caring for my parents as well. Taking care of the property. My wife has a full time career. Etc. So I figured. Why not ask for some help. And I'm giving anyone or many people the opportunity to learn. And get a awesome return on there time as well. And maybe shake a hand and make a friend in the process.

What about your mental issues?

The older I get. I figured it's about helping others and not money. It's a rarity in this day and age. And it makes me feel good. Can't hurt.

Me too, s'why I can poke Karl about his. LMAO
I left out I have narcolepsy and occasionally just fall down and pass out. No worries. I wear a plastic bubble and robot arms to do all the work. You know. For "protection" lol. In all seriousness. I take alot of pride in my work. I'm the new member as well that recently acquired a 67 barracuda. Haven't had a project car for myself in ions. Always busy. It's time to slow down and ask for help. And help in return.

I see this as a wonderful opportunety for some one or ones.
How many members would love to trade some labor to learn to do good body work on their car...not everyone an afford $6-10,000 for such!

That's the goal. I've tried to hire. And sadly most. Not all have 0 common sense. And rush everything. Also most only know collision. Not classic cars. Also apprentices are not what they used to be. I went to school and worked pt. I went to college. Worked pt to pay off my classes. I went to work at some dealerships and when I had my chance to learn auto body and paint for FREE. I snagged that opportunity up fast. What did I sacrifice? My hour lunches at the dealer. And every Saturday. I worked at the paint and body side of the dealer for free. And I learned so much without having to spend a dime on education I was ecstatic. Long story short. It took over 5 years to finally get a chance to take my skill set and add that to my resume. Nowadays. I'm lucky to find anyone that doesn't quit in two days.
