Then hopefully I’m ready for this weekend’s Sniper Race. 7500.00 Saturday and Sunday, 150.00 entry each day. I sold two powerglide gearsets (275.00) and a used powerglide transbrake (125.00) so I freed up some cash.

Then the weekend after we are having a Memorial Race in memory of all the racers we have lost over the years.

Now you can show off your clean rig, best of luck and bring home some of that prize money! 65'

Good luck John, I hope you kick *** all the way to the winner

That was carelessness for sure and I did a few that day. The first big one was the water box guys stop us back to far and when I aggressively start my burnouts in high it flings water up in your wheel wells. Usually I bump up further to prevent this but didn’t. 2nd biggie was I staged a hair deeper than I usually do. They spent a lot of money at Keystone last Spring on starting line walls. It’s really really nice but not racing last year has me a little disoriented if you know what I mean. I keep putting it off but I would like to hook my line lock up to my transmission brake to eliminate any body movements.

Have fun John!

Planning to go to Barona now that the boy is done with school sports for the year.
