When you buy fron Hotwire, that is included. You can buy just the harness, but, what's the point? Buy the whole lot. A VVT with 545 trans kit was like 2300 for harness and computer. I know you'll damn well have double that in the Holley stuff. I won't get in a pissing match as to witch is "better". I'm talking purely from a budget standpoint.
