I'm here
  1. IF your engine runs out of oil, or the oil pump quits working..... which is the first bearing to be starved of oil ?
  2. If you add oil, which is the last bearing to get oil ?

The bearing fathest away from the oil pump.

Kind of like being the last person on the block from the internet service provider, Slow, Slow, Slow.

The first bearings to starve is gonna be the old bearings, and the first to get fresh oil would be the new bearings I installed after.

Following along here. Can I ask if it matters whether it’s a small block vs big block?

1. The LH headlight bearing.

2. The RH headlight bearing.

I'm gonna go with the cam bearing in the rear of the block. Thats why the OPS unit is mounted there. Its the end and the lowest oil pressure (i believe)And I'm thinking it's a trick question in that the last 1 to get oil is naturally the first to go!

I'll drop this hint: Follow the path of the oil once it leaves the pump

A lot of guru's here.... thought they'd be all over this .. lol

Number one will run out first and number 5 will be the last to get oil after you refill it.
Rear cam bearing would lose oil first and front main bearing would get it last.
Double guess.

i would say all that responded cared at least that much ^^ :D

and it is perfectly ok not to know, just a quiz

If the pump stops or sucks air, I would assume that they ALL starve simultaneously well except maybe for the one with the most clearance. As for which one destructs itself first, IDK.
That said, I have had two 340s go down at the #1 rod, at ~6000rpm. The mains were just fine. After the Second one went down, many years later; I researched the why of it, and my 360 has had no problems.

Or spending too much time in the 'blue' room
Huh ???

I don't wanna know. There's no reason to know and I'll tell you something else. There is no solid answer. The same bearing (whichever one you think it is) will not fail every single time oil pressure is lost. So any "one" could theoretically be the "first" since they'll fail when the fail and not before.
