intake gasket is sweating coolant?

If you didn't pressure test before you pulled the intake, and it leaks again............
By the pressure pattern, I don't see anything wrong at that juncture.
BTW; IMO those FelPros are foolproof, I have reused my set several times.

im pretty confident that the threaded holes are not getting coolant in them, the ends of the bolts on all 4 corners had no coolant on them, i also did use thread sealant on all the bolts. But i get what you are saying
