Actually no. It can all be sent online, and the Visa Attorney in Saigon is handling most of it. But they won't accept my 2020 Tax returns, must have my 2021. Which I have not completed yet, since I've been in VN for 6 months. i will do them the minute I get back, but it delays everything until I submit those.....:mob:
