Jeep wheels on Duster

Okay, the bolt circle is the same. That's about all you've got going for you.
The center hub hole is tapered on these wheels, so they will not clear the front hub unless you have it bored out to 2.75 or so. It is not an issue in the rear.
Those look like the 15x8 Wrangler "Canyon" rims, which have too much backspacing (around 5" or so IIRC) and contact the rear leaf springs on a stock A body rear end setup. If you have relocated your rear springs inboard, you might get away with them.
If they actually are the similarly styled 15x7 Grand Cherokee rims, you *may* get away with them in the rear (but I believe they may still contact the springs, I don't quite remember) but you will still have the same issue with the front hubs.
I have used them, but had to bore the front rims and had a wider B body rear in the car, so I had extra axle length than a factory A body rear... You could probably also use wheel spacers on an A body rear to make them work.
