Jones for the win, remember OPs objective and application. In a race car we do a lot of idling on occasion, even tho we try not to. With all of the assorted tech type stuff the car needs to stage putting out a good charge at idle can really make a difference. Lots of great suggestions here but Jones for the win, just my opinion.
Also to add to this as it is relevant I use Odyssey batteries and have never ever once had a battery and or charging problem since switching to this combo.......IT WORKS
