Dmv title help

Good luck, but I see an attorney in your future. I bought an RV from a BIG RV Dealership in Arizona in 2012. It was used, but it only had 7,000 miles on it. I brought it to Kansas to register and was stonewalled for almost 6 weeks. The sales manager at the dealership in Arizona was LIVID. He said his paperwork had NEVER been turned down before. Kansas was demanding paperwork from them that did not and never did exist in Arizona. The Kansas Highway Patrol (responsible for approving cars brought in from out of state) and the DMV treated me like a car thief trying to register a stolen car. It took 6 weeks to settle. One other time, I bought a nice Mercedes 500SL at a Mecum Auction in Kansas City at a GREAT price. I fixed a few things and then went to register it and sell it. With all of the Mecum paperwork, the same people (Highway Patrol and DMV) treated me like I was trying to register a stolen car. I got into a heated argument with the lady who was telling me the VIN tag was not where it belonged. She had a book showing it was supposed to be on the dash, I showed her on a MERCEDES website where in was not. She did not care. I called Mecum and they guaranteed my purchase and said they would get involved if necessary. I then argued more with the woman, and her manager came out and asked what was going on. She stated her side, and I stated mine. He told her to issue the registration paperwork. I have more stories, but they are all on similar, straight forward purchases. Your purchase has become much more difficult. I see an attorney in your future.
