What is the latest / greatest items to be mounted in trailer and how did you mount them ?

Looked up some pit pal stuff prices are pretty high, need something for storing some extra stuff to drag with me

I have a tool box bolted to the floor ( used some boards as spacers, after removing the wheels ). just lock it up before leaving and everything stays put.

Only limited by your imagination, doesn't have to break the bank either.

Can strap down heavy spare parts to 3/4" plywood then screw that down to the floor, won't slide around.

Sun shade secured to side of enclosed trailer, a place to work out of the hot sun or light rain.

I added a 120v outlet inside wired so that a drop cord can be plugged into a receptacle on the outside. A 120v light, 12v LED lights to run off of truck plug.
D rings mounted to wall at 4 foot level to secure taller items from falling over. A bar up front and high to hang jackets etc. and several more d rings in the floor. Also a wall mounted tray over walk-in door to hold aerosol cans and small items.
Yote

I installed 2 inside/outside 110-volt receptacles in the front-left and right-rear corners of mine. The front powers my battery tender, and the rear one is for a battery charger/tender, for use on a car..if stored in the trailer. I need a chock for my scooter and a fuel jug rack. I don't think I've used my generator or A/C, more than a half-dozen times.

Two large fire extinguishers, one at the pull-down door, the other at the side door.

I added 6 of these to the trailer. Very handy for jackets etc…. Fold up out of the way so you don’t snag yourself

These come in handy after that yellow time slip….

A must have. I keep 2 large ones in the back of my cab, and a couple little ones in the trailer.

Yep the more the merrier. They get used up quickly especially if you're not properly sweeping the base of the fire.

I bought a Harbor Freight tool box and took the lid off of it and mounted it on my work bench. That way it off the floor. I also had it wired for a radio when I ordered it and installed a 12 volt radio under the cabinet so I could dial in the PA system. I also wired in a 12 volt inverter so I always have 120 volt available. A ship to shore 120 volt plug on the drivers side to plug my portable generator into. Small outside radio antenna. Floor d rings for car and quad.

Mine, big inverter, two 6 volt golf cart battery will power everything I need. Drawers under the bunk.winch

Ohhh I have an air mattress and a 12 volt pump I keep in my trailer just in case I towed with my truck instead of my motorhome and wanted to stick around for a few adult beverages. That way I could leave in the morning and had a place to sleep it off.

Very cool set up FS. Unfortunately for me I need that room for the dang golf cart.

I bought a dented tool cart at HF for cheap. I was “thinking” it’d give me the option to roll it outside, but it’s been strapped to the wall for many years.

I color-matched [powder coat] a Craftsman top-box, and bolted it to my cabinets. If I need more tools than what will fit in there, the car goes in the trailer....and home in proper conditions to open stuff up.

If you need a fuel jug rack, small D rings on the wall and bungees are a lot cheaper.
