How much and would you remove tires before shipping? And your sure those are 4 inch pattern?

Sorry buddy, I wouldn't have thought anyone would make a 4.5 in a 14. No go. Sorry!
 
Summit has several varieties of 5 on 4 for sale, some in stock (according to their site)
Also, ET Wheel make a gorgeous torque thrust copy in 5 on 4, but they DONT sell through summit or jegs, and they are NOT cheap.
