It's corporate greed. They say that they can't make money so they go over seas, take away employees retirement health care benefits and retirement benefits and replace it with a 401k, the 401k was suppose to be a addition to your retirement, it wasn't meant to be your retirement. If a company can't afford to pay retirement benefits, the same needs to apply to ALL of management.
