1/2 inch bigger in diameter? or taller?
All I know is what I have heard and that is that 9.5 parts do not interchange with 10.5 parts.
Looking at your parts tho, I see a very tall fork pivot. It would seem that a shorter one might work. Or, probably idealy, a shorter release bearing, BUT, probably NOT with that fork. IMO, you just need the bigger BH.
I have never done your swap so hang tuff, someone who has may be along soon.
