I had a hard time finding an LED bulb that would fit inside that glass dome. I ended up buying some bulb adapters like these. That way I could just use a common short T10 bulb.

I was noticing that now that I was able to get these courtesy lights opened up, pretty tight fit even for an incandescent bulb and not enough room for an LED. Thanks for the idea!
