Putting it all back together

Hey, I have been putting my front end suspension back together after purchasing new Delrin bushings from BAC (thank you) and a stage 2 kit from Dr Diff (thank you Cass). I am reinstalling the LCA with new adj strut rods and reading a lot of @72bluNblu posts for directions. A couple issues have appeared and need some help from the wisdom of these boards; this my first time rebuilding any front end.

1) since I am using Delrin bushings I would like to tighten them to spec (145 fit/lb) while it is jacked up. But I cant come close to getting it torqued because it is spinning. I also read that an impact may be needed for the instant torque. After trying my impact wrench this morning I am still unable to torque it to spec. I am using the locking nut and regular washer that came with the new pivot shaft from BAC.

2) Regarding the adj strut rods, how do I tighten the locking nut on the backside of the LCA? It spins when the nylon provides tension and threads out of the rod; because it's left threaded. I tried to get a wrench on the front side but there isn't enough room to slip a wrench over the fixed hexagonal portion of the end piece.

I feel like I'm missing something in my approach...

Thank you for your time/assistance in advance.
