Car stories....and I mean stories

I'm one of those people who's most commonly heard or said phrases is "I've never seen that before", or "what are the odds of that".

My entire life. I'm used to it.

Therefore, I don't embellish anything.

Other people are free to believe or not believe. That doesn't change the facts.

Here are just a few examples:

I recently recovered from a health issue that affects roughly one in 250,000 people.
That means there's ONE PERSON in the entire county.......and it's ME.

I have diabetes, but it's not type I OR type II!
It's a hybrid called by various names like LADA, MODI, and others.
It's real fun to have to explain this to doctors!

My wife has the most rare combination of recessive hair and eye color gene's- red hair and blue eyes. .017% of the population.

I once dated a girl who's last boyfriend before me was Brian Warner (Marilyn Manson).

I had to pass a field sobriety test the day I got my driver's license!
...and I was the last person to take the test on a Friday. Most of he office staff had gone home when I was done, and the card printer was shut down. I was given a sheet of paper as a temporary license, saying I could come back and get my card within 30 days. I've never heard of the before or after, and neither had the officer who pulled me over on Halloween eve (that's right I got my license the day before Halloween). I passed the test. We were made to pour out 3 beers from a case (but we acted like we poured out more in case the officers were counting) and went on our way.
