Being a modern Hemi swap graduate, hands down go with the 2014. Mechanical superiority aside, X police cars are just beat to pieces. The constant idle does not help. Hands down 14 for the win.
YouTuber Reignited did a test with an early Hemi and found that the oil pressure at idle with a stock oil pump was pretty low. His argument is that longer periods of idling could contribute to the higher failure rates of cams and lifter which seemed to happen at an even higher rate in police cars.
