Hi all. We have a '74 Duster, 318/three on the floor. We're putting a mild 360/833 in her. Basically a 360 Duster.
Right now, we're looking for a flywheel.
Mancini used to have disco MP flywheels on sale. They're out of them now, and the guy I talked to didn't know how I could get a flywheel for a 360.
Thanks for looking.

Brewers has them. They take internal balance flywheels and modify them to the external balanced 360.

And as I said in another thread. Do you really want some unknown 50+ year old 30 plound disk spinning at 6500 rpm’s 6 inches from your feet? Scatter sheild also.

And the good thing about the Ram’s, they will SFI cert them and the pressure plate, just have to call summit when your order and ask for the cert to be added. It’s free.

In fact, yes, I would, compared to RAM. All their stuff comes from China. I'd rather have a 50+ year old reconditioned flywheel any day over something made from unknown metallurgy. I can attest first hand to Ram's quality and it sucks dead, roach infested, puss spewing, elephant balls.

Another way to do it with your 318 flywheel on your 360:

^^^ have one of these on the 318 flywheel on this 360 on the engine run stand right now.

Good to get crank bolts that are 1/8" inch longer to compensate for the balance plate.

“Brand new” from 1989. Never out of the box. Bought it for my 74 Cuda 360. I ended up getting mine resurfaced.

Damn, I was unaware of that china made ****. I’ve had good luck with the setup Im currently using. Thanks for the graphic of the pink elephant with his snout washing his balls…

LOL I'm glad you liked it.

Man it's all good. Just use what works. That's just my personal opinion. I prefer rebuilding my own master cylinders, calipers and wheel cylinders for the same reason. At least when done, I don't have chinkesium metallurgy. Of course, I have had to replace some due to pits and whatnot. It's an unfortunate fact most everything comes from china now and there's now question in my mind that 50 plus year old metallurgy is at least more consistent, if not better all the way around.

Thanks for the responses from everyone!
I reached out to Dfr360cuda. I had no idea about the plate, that's neat.
