limo tint all the way around it does however need a center console I guess the cop computer n **** goes there and they pull all the cop stuff the cop computer wires are still there and need to be removed new hp tires and battery only othe thing is a passenger side head rest is gone both can be had on eBay cheap I’m in far NorCal 96025 I’d sell it out right for best offer or trade projects ok as long as it’s not a bucket and you got cash to clean title in hand
