Opinions for older set of Hooker 5116 super comp headers

I found a set of pretty nice older and discontinued 1997 Hooker Super Comp 5116 painted headers. Part number is 5116 with date code of 03 97
A couple of small dings but nothing that would hinder flow.
Anyone ever installed these into their A body small block with auto on the column and manual steering?
Price is $ 150...and I'm considering snatching them up for my 340 72 Scamp.

Any thoughts ? or opinions ? How about the column shift automatic...any issues there?

I used to run them back in the day...

You have to break the center link to get them through and the one pipe hangs below the k-frame and will eventually get knocked around and bent as to reduce flow if you drive them on a daily driver on the street... That's why I stopped running them...
