'72 Dart quarter & fender extensions - mount stud repair

I have a few broken studs on my fender and quarter extensions. The studs dont appear to be treaded in.
  • How can these broken studs be removed?
  • Where can I source replacements?

I did the same on some of mine and in one spot the base was broken out but I was able to use JB weld metal putty and reformed the base with a stud molded into it. it worked fine.
 
Those are cast in with the part. There was a year or two that had actual threaded studs. Grind flush, then center punch. You need to get it exactly centered because there is very little material there. Its tricky but a possible repair.
