What’s On The Grill?

Can do.

Honestly I'm terrible about remembering every time. So I just Google cooking times.

This is about a 17lb prime rib roast. $7.49 per/lb seemed like a damn good price. I've done my own rubs, but the local butcher shop at the grocery store does a great one. I have him put a layer between the ribs and the roast as well.

25-30min per lb at 250 degrees I've had them get done way early so I watch it close. Have a timer set for 8hrs.

Using a Louisiana Grill these days. I haven't found a pellet grill that doesn't have its finicky times. They are still impressive. Pellets are whatever the old lady happened to pick up last time. I usually get a blend from a local store, but they haven't had them in a while.

To be continued....
I have not graduated to a pellet grill, sons have and they love them, as do I by watching them cook, and taist of of them, I am still on hardwood and Kingsford, on a drum style like yours but with a smoke box on the right.

Looking forward to the Yumm posts
