I found this part under my lift after working on the scamp, doing oil change, adjusting ride height, checking valves. So I was all around it. My son has a 2017 Honda Civic SI that we replaced a broken front lug nut so the brakes were off it. I have no recollection of ever seeing it. Amy thoughts?

The blue circle looks like metal fatigue.

The size and nothing I have seen before I'm thinking the Honda

put it near a bowl of rice or sake. If the part moves in that direction it belongs to the Honda

Clamp to hold 2 gas lines on the underbody at the rocker panel to floor joint ???

My guess is it's not off of either car. I think it's off the lift.

Could have been carried into the garage with the tire. Or the Neighbor blew it in while cutting his grass.

But I would suspect your wife making you crazy and laughing when facing away from you. My wife does it to me all the time. When ever I can't find something I know she's hiding it. LOL
