Yes, I can but I would like to see how open it is regarding air flow.
Also, although not your problem going down the road, but I can tell you right quick that fan ain't movin HALF the CFMs it needs to to cool at idle. If that shroud isn't open to enough of the core, I'm gonna say air flow is your issue.
