Pull the header out of the car, drag a file across each port flange keeping it parallel to the flange...
#7 is probably going to need some reworking, if theres a definite gap you might need to run a weld bead to build up the ridge around the port.... Build it up & grind/file it back till the defined ridge is straight & flat....
As Toolman Mike mentioned cut the flanges between the ports
