Stop in for a cup of coffee

OK so the smaller one then? Thought that was the same as a 318. Of course nothing in the IPB on it.

I may have it backwards. I know one of the mounts is the same as a 318/360, but the other is different

Yup but which one Searches screw you up worse. bringing the loaner set to get measured for a tooling quote just want to do one that is hard to find.

Ouch. We’ve gotten screwed on the same thing. But I saw this coming and built it into the budget. My plan is though when rates drop, being prepared refi but I’m also in the process of being debt free minus the wife’s new car by March. So by that token, it’s not gonna matter as much. Plus I fully expect a big recession in the looming months, that will likely change the interests rates backwards by 2024
We were lucky and locked in last year at 2.9% when we bought this house...like using other people's money.
We thought of just paying for the house since we got such a good deal and were sold the house that we owned and moved from.
This house lady had it appraised two years earlier before housing took off and that was the price she wanted. Ok $150G below market now we'll take it.
It needed a lot of work and we've put a lot of $$ into it but it's all for us...we don't plan on ever moving.
My financial buddy convinced us to take a mortgage to do the upgrades we wanted and get the interest tax write off which was nice!!

Morning, heading out for the street rod nats in a couple of hours. Still need to pack up the Barracuda.

Good Morning on a rainy Thursday. Got my cabinet stained yesterday. All good except the one small door. I tried to fix a glue spot and messed it up. Then kept making it worse till it was fubared. I got it 'OK' but worse than if I had never tried to fix it. :BangHead: Was hoping to get polyurethane on today, but humidity is way up. Probably just clean up some of the mess I've been making in the garage (again).

At home finally in Vinh Long. Been a pretty long day getting back here. Vietjet airlines is notoriously late. They were an hour late picking us up in Dalat. 9:00 p.m. here now maybe a beer or two then hit the rack..

Just yesterday I was reading about a Tesla that had been totaled in an accident. It caught fire at the scene and the FD was able to extinguish it . It was towed to a junk yard from the scene. 3 weeks later it self ignited . FD arrives to extinguish it and at first is successful. Before they could head for the firehouse it ignites again :wtf:. They had to build an earthen berm around the Tesla and flood it with water to put it out . Will they have to keep the reservoir filled to avoid future ignitions?
