Early smallblock motor mounts.

Hey guys. Another question.
Are the early (1964) 273 motor mounts different from the later ones. The originals have one large stud going through them with a large nut on either end. The new ones I got from Rock Auto are smaller and have a stud on one side and two studs on the other and are slightly offset. Not sure what to do here lol.

If they look like this, you got slant 6 mounts, not V8:

The stock motor mount does not have one double ended stud going all the way through the mount. It has a stud on each side that's welded to a metal plate which is bonded to the rubber between them. There are some truck mounts that seem to work ok, although they don't look like the originals. The advantage to using them, is that you can get some with the safety interlock feature, so, that if they break, the engine won't jump up and damage something.
 
There are fatty 'bricks' and skinny 'ice cream sandwiches'. Not sure what is correct but the fatty "bricks" seem to work across the board. The isolators on a 65 are the same for the slant and the 273....? Ha, I guess not! That's weird cuz im.almost sure I put a slant in my 65 with 273 mounts.....will have to check when I get home. The doubles sure do say slant in the Rock catalog....
 
If anyone finds this post, I have an update on these. I went to O'Reillys and was also given the wrong ones at first - PowerTorque brand part number A2266. After comparing to originals, the guy found the correct ones which are PowerTorque brand part number A2265. I have a 65 Dart GT with a 1974 360 in it.
