Does it matter which way the camber bolts face? Should the nut side be out or in or does matter?

Don't think it matters, but clearance may dictate where you can place a ratchet for final tightening with tire on.... found out on mine... lol
 
I think they came nuts out. I dont think it makes a difference other than clearance, as mentioned.
 
Nuts to the inside, easier to make the adjustments.

But with the SPC UCA’s you’re probably going to do all of your adjusting at the UCA and not the camber bolts.

The nuts face out, You always hit the bolts toward the shock when removing. It is easier to hold the bolt in place and then torque the nut during alignment. You'll be switching them when getting it aligned to get a torque wrench on them. You toeqye the nut not the bolt.

This! Way easier to torque the nut on the outside. Thanks!
