So we went by and looked at the new townhouses in the complex across the street from where I just bought property. We don't want to buy anything there but we wanted to see what they were like and how much they were. A two-story townhouse approximately 2100 ft². They want 8 billion dong for that or approximately 344,000 American dollars. I think I will be able to build a 3,000 ft² house on my new land for probably half of that right around 4 billion dong. And I will have a large piece of land with that house. I can probably build a three-hole golf course out back.:lol:

That's happening here at my house tonight. Those pics are from three nights ago in Dalat. But thanks anyhow. I am loved much in Vietnam. Actually think I have more friends here than I do in America.
 
I can tell. I would love to visit there but not with whats going on and I would need a few cases of MRE's!

Morning all

Pretty happy with how the car setup went. Today it'll be checkdown on all the bolts, nuts connectors etc to ensure proper tightness and torque
 
Morning!
Another soggy weekend. Will investigate the 454 this morning, see what parts are needed. Then im going to put Fargo in shop and do a few things to it. Carpet maybe. See if i can cut some of the wind noise. Seal the windshield. Replace speakers, maybe make panels and mount them. Install seat belt. I keep reaching for it, so i might as well put one in.
 
Frank if needed on weatherstripping RA has it in the universal section under body by the foot. I saved alot going that way on the cars/trucks

Still raining off and on here but that ends this morning and the heat and humidity return.
