Good Morning All! Getting ready to head down to Seattle Airport area today, fly early tomorrow morning. **** is kinda going sideways at my daughters house in NO, husband had his court case and is now on house arrest, while the house will be being shown. There was an issue between his and Moms pets and it was suggested by my wife that we take the cat along with the dog on the trip, boy that would be fun!

Good morning everyone. I hope all is well. Speaking of wells, my well pump controller is leaking. I wonder how long, ‍♂️. Haven't been in the basement for a while. Glad it isnt a nice finished basement or paying for water. Have a call into the well and pump company. Always something

Daughters El Camino lost the seal between the master cylinder and booster, part needed may not be there in time so mechanic may have to slap together and we'll just drive it onto the Uhaul trailer. Now renting a car from Mississippi (wife booked my flight into there, $600 cheaper than NO) and will drive the 1.5 hours into Metairie LA. This is shaping up to be an interesting trip for sure.

Anyone have a handy digital source for the length and width, overall of a 74 swinger? My chassis manual isn’t on hand at the moment and I need the dimensions. Google gives me some but I want to confirm

So, well and pump company called. Will be over this AM sometime. He said it sounds like the pressure switch. So, we will see $$$.

What are you doing?
So I’m having to make a decision much sooner than I wanted on what to do with this big *** grain bin I bought before my grandfather passed away. At the time, the plans was to use it for its intended purpose as an extra grain bin.
However, due to odd circumstances, that will no longer be happening.

so i have a few options.

1: Scrap it and get as much money as I can for it. I’m in it for 1500. It might bring 3/4ths that at scrap, maybe.

2. Gazebo/out door area- this option is the most popular amongst the family, but also gonna cost a couple grand to do.

3. Garage/shop it. Something I desperately need. This option will require about 2100 bucks in concrete, another grand or so in a garage door. And probably another 1000-1500 in equipment to raise it up. So 4k, I can have a 27 foot diameter, 25 feet tall garage, which gives me a couple floors eventually of an office or play area for minions etc. I personally like this option the best.

Option 4: raise it, turn it into an AirBnB, make some revenue off of it. But this option requires about 3,000 in permits, plus 30-50k in interior work to meet county codes. Not an option In reality
