I agree. I always have a sore neck after awhile. I even had one with a adjustable head rest.
My last and final one is a low profile 6 wheel blow mold plastic from Harbor Freight that is about 10 years old.
After a few uses I had to tighten the wheel mount bolts a few times but it's not all that bad.
