Diagnosis... Plum Crazy.
I have one.
It’s new as in its still in the box.
I got it when I bought my 68 ten years ago.
All the parts were included.
It was for the drum to disc swap.
I did the swap but never changed the MC.
I think it’s NAPA brand.
It’s in a tote in the garage.
