Block ID question

restoring my son's 75 duster 360 car
getting ready to pull the motor, able to see VIN number, its not the original block
casting number is 4006830-360-3
cant see the casting date on pass side header is stil in car
I cleaned the pad on drivers side all visible is an R7
stamp
thoughts?
