Here ya go, I got this for my #s matching 340 Dart.
??327LS?? I looked at the nice lady at the DMV and asked if I could change it, I drive a Dodge and this would be perfect for a Chevy guy! She said sorry no.

this is what I found on your plate. It says it’s from U.S forces in Germany also it says it’s for a motorcycle plate. I might be wrong though

I think that plate on the bottom is the motorcycle.
