Breakfast! What do you like?

I was just re thinking the reply I left. I’d say if you can find a bagel you like, then yes! Go for it. If not, another typical bread for breakfast in and around the NYC area is a Kaiser roll. Of which I have found at Sams club. Which is poorly baked. A very big disappointment. Very dense and hard to bite into, very very dense bread. A total opposite of NYC & area Kaiser rolls. There often seen with poppy seeds on top.

I myself am OK with biscuits but preferably like a corn bread with a slab of butter melting in between. The wife can’t stand them. It’s often two for me as she slides hers over.
Will do! I am often outside for long periods of time in bfe. Far away from anywhere so my go to carry food is a biscuit wrapped in tinfoil stuffed with egg and sausage patty with cheese. You can throw them in the truck and they are unbeatable hours and hours later no refrigeration needed even the middle of summer! They hold you over till you get back to civilization. I will snag some bagel next time I shop and give it a whirl. Literally no idea what a Kaiser roll is! I will report back on my bagel experiment.
