We all eat unhealthy including myself. Foods that we should avoid are, pork,catfish, lobster,shrimp,crab, just to name a few. Most of the seafood that people eat are scavengers and should not be eaten by humans. You can look on the internet for the list of clean and unclean foods. If people followed this, again including myself there would be less folks with heart, digestive problems and obesity.
