Exactly... especially when you're learning objectives are performance-based. Did a lot of that at SOTIC for the hard-target interdiction development and at MFF for refinement of existing POI... we just had a lot of statistical data to work around as a joint school. Force demands, contact hours and instructor quotas. I think I still have the books around here somewhere
