Yes, it looks exactly the same. I bought the $39.95 Harbor Freight Pittsburg Creeper first. I took it back because the casters would not flip around when I changed directions. Maybe I just got a lemon from HF. This one glides easily and has plenty of clearance.

Huh. Could be the back piece is the same but TSC specs better casters? Stranger things have happened. There are a lot of manufacturers that put their name on stuff coming out of the same factory, but it's not unheard of for them to have different QC standards to go along with the different name/color on the part.

But yeah, I haven't had any issues with my HF version, other than I've had it for quite awhile and its casters are getting a little worn from use.
