The company sent 4 of us down there for a week. Turned out to be 12 weeks. We did warranty work on their longwall. We stayed in Pikeville and the mine was in Phelps, 2 hour round trip. Pike County = Dry county. Our driver loaded up on beer in West Virginia. First time I had moonshine.
