Remove the connector by pushing the tang in the small square hole with a small screwdriver in the direction the screwdriver is facing in this picture and then pull the wire.

In a pinch you might be able to open up the crimp, cut and strip to good wire, re-crimp then reinsert the connector.
I don't want to scoop anyone's sale but you can have the switch and connector in the pictures, there's enough wire there I think you could solder your wire to, just PM me your address.
