We got our first real real real shake down run and today...
We drove it through town and it was still a little cool and I turned on the AC and my wife was like yikes That's freezing me out! But it made my heart feel warm lol...
I think I need to research how to tighten the steering box a little and if that doesn't work change it out it's still a little sloppy feeling... It likes to wander a little bit too much for what it is I don't mind it a little bit but just a little bit too much.
Also when we cut it on the freeway and got above 50 it sounded like the transfer case was screaming. Then when I got it going a little faster like maybe 70 it started quieting down? It didn't feel like a driveline but it was more of a sound...
Then also when we stopped at the park for the picture I could smell the back brakes were hot and I had a feeling that they were a little too tight. When I got home with my temperature gauge that was 100% confirmed. I backed them off and I haven't retestrove it yet. I don't know if that could have had something to do with the noise but it certainly sounded like it was a transfer case..
