So just don't fire it off in Drive and keep in her? Sounds like a simple solution. I was thinking about a MVB for the Duster, but that was 2 years ago. Things are getting tight now...
The trick is, if you're going to go through the gears doing a burnout not to let the car hook up shifting into 2nd gear. Just make it spin THROUGH the shift. I don't know how else to explain it. If the car hooks going INTO 2nd gear, that's when trouble can happen.
